Over the years, we have grown to become one of the most beloved spas in Birmingham, known for our exceptional service and tranquil ambiance. The Retreat moved to it’s current location in the heart of Cahaba Heights in August of 2019. It is conveniently located but feels like a world away. Our practitioners are what set us apart, they are well experienced and gifted with intuition, and they are ready to customize your massage and skin care to your specific needs. 

We are an Organic Day Spa and make every effort to minimize our impact on the environment. We are a Certified Green Spa through the Eminence Organics program.
